The project lead me to study the brand Brigitte Singh and let me explore the intricate relationship between traditional Mughal design and contemporary aesthetics through the creation of a unique jaal. The brand we are studying is deeply rooted in the revival of Mughal artistry, meticulously blending time-honored motifs with modern sensibilities. By analyzing the essence of the brand,
I aimed to extract key design elements and reinterpret them in my own jaal, maintaining the brand's signature style while infusing it with personal creativity. This endeavour not only honors the rich heritage of Mughal design but also demonstrates the potential for innovation within traditional frameworks.
